SHIPPING POLICY
Canterpants ships across Australia and to the United States from the Swan Valley, Western Australia. We're working on shipping to more countries. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our emails to be the first to hear when new destinations are added.
Order Processing
We aim to process orders same day or next business day for orders received before 2pm AWST (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, processing times may occasionally be longer than usual.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200, 2–6 business days (Australia Post)
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for orders under $200, 2–6 business days (Australia Post)
- Express Post: add $10 to your applicable shipping rate for 1–3 business days (Australia Post)

International Shipping
We currently ship internationally to the United States. US orders are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP), with all US duties and tariffs included in our prices, and every parcel is fully insured with a signature required on delivery.
