SHIPPING POLICY
Canterpants ships across Australia from the Swan Valley, Western Australia. We do not currently ship internationally. Follow us on social media or subscribe to our emails to be the first to hear if this changes.
Order Processing
We aim to process orders same day or next business day for orders received before 2pm AWST (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, processing times may occasionally be longer than usual.
Domestic Shipping Rates & Estimates
- Free Standard Shipping on all orders over $200, 2–6 business days (Australia Post)
- Standard Shipping: $9.95 flat rate for orders under $200, 2–6 business days (Australia Post)
- Express Post: add $10 to your applicable shipping rate for 1–3 business days (Australia Post)

International Shipping
We do not currently ship outside of Australia. We'll announce any changes via email to our subscribers and on our social media channels.
