The chest buckle clips over the chest strap of your horse’s rug and provides the front anchor point for the front Canterpants. Alternatively, the chest buckle can be threaded over the rug’s chest strap when attaching the rug.
The chest buckle can be left attached to your horse’s rug when pants are not attached for convenience when putting Canterpants on and off daily.
