Caring for Canterpants

To help keep Canterpants looking great and to prolong their use we recommend regular washing.  Sweat, dirt and other contaminants can be abrasive to fabric, so removal of these will help protect fabric. 

How regular will depend on how much your horse is wearing their Canterpants and how dirty they get, but with constant wear we recommend washing at least weekly.

Ensure all closures (touch tape, zippers and side buckles) are closed before washing.

Use a washbag to protect clips and fastenings.

Gentle machine or hand wash in cool water using mild detergent with no brighteners, softeners or bleaches.  Do not tumble dry.  Do not bleach or soak.
