US Shipping Policy
Canterpants ships to the United States from the Swan Valley, Western Australia.
Order Processing
We aim to process orders same day or next business day for orders received before 2pm AWST (excluding weekends and public holidays). You will receive a notification when your order has shipped. Please note that during busy periods or due to circumstances outside our control, processing times may occasionally be longer than usual.
US Shipping Rates & Delivery Times
Shipping to the United States is calculated by the total weight of your order, and all rates are shown in US dollars. A complete set of Canterpants weighs under 2 kg, so most orders ship at the lowest rate. The additional weight bands simply cover orders with multiple items.
International Standard, 5–10 business days
- 0.5–2 kg: $53.00
- 2–3.5 kg: $80.00
- 3.5–5 kg: $104.00
International Express, 3–6 business days
- 0.5–2 kg: $62.00
- 2–3.5 kg: $89.00
- 3.5–5 kg: $112.00
Delivery timeframes are estimates provided by Australia Post and are a guide only. International deliveries can occasionally take longer than these estimates due to US customs processing and local delivery conditions.
No Surprise Fees
All US orders are shipped Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). All US import duties, tariffs and customs fees are included in the prices you see on our store, so you will never receive an unexpected bill from the courier or customs broker.
Signature & Insurance Included
For your security and peace of mind, every US delivery requires a signature on arrival and is fully insured against loss or damage in transit.
