The Farrier Set includes everything needed to attach Canterpants to a standard rug - no modifications required:

  • Chest Buckle - fits over the chest strap to provide the front attachment point
  • Farrier Back Strap - allows quick and easy attachment over the rug, replacing the need for a Belly Band and stifle D-ring leg strap
  • Front Canterpants - quick and easy to attach to the Back Strap and Chest Buckle
  • Hind Canterpants - clip directly to the rug's existing leg strap and Back Strap

Designed for short-term supervised use only - not suitable for unattended horses or ponies.

Already a Canterpants Customer?

If your horse already wears Canterpants, you don't need the Farrier Set - simply leave them on for the farrier visit. The Farrier Set is designed for farriers to carry with them for client horses that aren't already protected.
