REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

We want you to love your purchase. If it's not the right fit or you're unsatisfied for any reason, let us know. We offer exchanges or refunds within 30 days of delivery.

Wrong Size: We offer exchanges for incorrect sizing, subject to the item being returned in its original condition within 30 days of delivery. Consult our Size Guide before completing your order to reduce the likelihood of choosing the wrong size.

To qualify for an exchange:

  • Items must be unworn, undamaged, in their original packaging, and without soiling, marks or hair.
  • Return requests must be made within 30 days of delivery.

When trying your product on your horse for the first time, take care to keep the product clean and follow the fitting instructions. Email contact@canterpants.com.au or phone Yvette to discuss sizing.

Faulty or Incorrect Items: If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or materially different from its description, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Please contact Yvette at contact@canterpants.com.au within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. Depending on the nature of the fault, we will offer a refund, replacement, or repair.

Change of Mind: We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully before completing your order.

How to Request a Refund or Exchange: Email contact@canterpants.com.au with your order number, a description of the problem, and supporting photos where relevant. We process approved refunds to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping: For faulty items, we cover return shipping costs. For all other returns, shipping costs are the customer's responsibility.

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
