D-Rings

Set of 2 D-rings. 

 The D-ring assembly has been designed to match your Canterpants and to be easily sewn onto your rug.    

 D-rings are an alternative to the use of a belly band and /or a chest buckle for the front legs, or for when your horse’s leg does not have a standard chest strap. 

 D-Rings sewn onto an existing rug or onto a chest bib provide anchor points for front leg at the elbow as an alternative to the belly band.   

 D-rings can also be used on the existing rug or chest bib at either 1 or 2 anchor points, depending on your rug and choice of placement in lieu of a chest buckle for front Canterpants.

Most of the rugs we used in testing had D rings at both the flank and the tail of the rug.   

If either of these sets of D-rings (or similar) are missing, D-rings can be sewn into the rug to provide anchor points for hind Canterpants.
